Retrieves the list of users and IP addresses that currently have an active ban issued on them.

This command can also be called using the following name:

  * ''%%/banned%%''

===== Notices =====

  * [[sockchat:notices:cmdna]] - Client is not allowed to use this command. First argument is set to the name used to invoke the command.
  * [[sockchat:notices:banlist]] - List of banned users and IP addresses.

In both these scenarios the client issued the ''%%/banned%%'' command.
