Retrieves the list of users and IP addresses that currently have an active ban issued on them.

/bans

This command can also be called using the following name:

• /banned

• cmdna - Client is not allowed to use this command. First argument is set to the name used to invoke the command.
• banlist - List of banned users and IP addresses.

In both these scenarios the client issued the /banned command.
