S2C Packet 5.1: Channel User Remove

Informs the client that a user has left the channel.

Format

Index	Type	Description
0	`5`	Channel User Event packet ID
1	`1`	Channel User Add packet ID
2	string	ID of the user that left the channel
3	string	Message ID associated with this event

User with ID 5 has left the current channel:
