These are formatting rules for notices received through Message Add or Context Message Add packets.

• banlist - Displays a list of currently banned users.
• cprivchan - Confirms that the minimum channel rank has been updated.
• cpwdchan - Confirms that the channel password has been updated.
• crchan - Confirms that the channel has been created.
• delchan - Confirms that the channel has been deleted.
• flood - Broadcasts that someone has been forcibly disconnected for exceeding the flood limit.
• flwarn - Warns the client that it will be forcibly disconnected if it continues flooding.
• ipaddr - Displays an IP address of another client.
• jchan - Another user has joined the channel.
• join - Another user has joined the server.
• kick - Broadcasts that someone has been forcibly disconnected.
• lchan - Another user has left the channel.
• leave - Another user has left the server.
• nick - Broadcasts that someone has changed their nickname.
• say - Broadcasts any given message to all clients.
• timeout - Broadcasts that someone has been disconnected because they stopped sending ping packets.
• unban - Confirms that a given user or IP address has had their ban revoked.
• welcome - MOTD/Welcome message.
• who - Displays a list of all users currently connected to the server.
• whochan - Displays a list of all users currently in the channel.

• cmderr - Given command exists but was incorrectly formatted.
• cmdna - Given command exists but the client is not allowed to use it.
• delerr - Given message could not be deleted.
• generr - Something happened.
• inchan - Given channel name was not acceptable.
• ipchan - Attempted to join a channel that requires a higher rank.
• ipwchan - Attempted to join a password protected channel with an incorrect password.
• kickna - Attempted to kick or ban a user of higher ranking.
• namchan - Client is not allowed to edit the current channel.
• nameinuse - Requested nickname is already in use.
• ndchan - Given channel could not be deleted.
• nischan - Given channel name is already in use.
• nochan - Requested channel name does not exist.
• nocmd - Requested command not found.
• nopwchan - Attempted to join a password protected channel without a password.
• notban - Given user or IP address is not banned.
• rankerr - Action cancelled because requested target has higher rank.
• samechan - Attempted to join the channel the client is already in.
• usernf - Requested user could not be found.
• whoerr - Requested channel list could not found.
